OUR BEGINNING 创始故事与起源
Twin Tails was founded in Suzhou in 2018 by Andrew Crooks and Brad Kuhl, two American expats. The duo began as homebrewers in the outskirts of Beijing and turned their hobby into a career, opening a brewpub in the Wujiang region of Suzhou in the summer of 2019. Crook’s and Kuhl’s inspiration stems from the nascent Beijing craft beer scene in the 2010s as well as a love for bold and hoppy American craft beers and a desire to bring those to market in China.
双尾（Twin Tails）由两位美国外籍人士Andrew Crooks和Brad Kuhl于2018年在苏州创立。两人最初在北京郊外的工作室自酿啤酒，之后将爱好发展为事业，并于2019年夏季在苏州吴江区开设了一家酿酒餐吧。Crooks和Kuhl的灵感源于2010年代北京初兴的精酿啤酒文化，以及对风味浓郁 、酒花感突出的美式精酿啤酒的热爱，他们希望将这些风味带入中国市场。

Twin Tails as a brand focuses first and foremost on quality. We don’t cut corners, we don’t use cheap ingredients, we make things by hand and we do things the hard way if that’s what it takes to get the flavor right. With quality guiding decisions, Twin Tails regularly experiments with new hops, local ingredients and broader market trends.
双尾作为品牌，首要关注的是品质。绝不偷工减料，不使用廉价原料，坚持手工酿造，不惜繁复工序只为打磨纯正风味。
坚守品质的同时，双尾积极尝试新式酒花与本地原料，紧跟市场趋势。

BREWING STYLE / SPECIALTY 酿造风格与专长
Twin Tails is primarily committed to hoppy styles as well as craft lagers. New hops and hop products are constantly coming to market and Twin Tails is ever engaged in utilizing the latest hops and hop products to continue to push craft beer in China to new frontiers.
Craft lagers have been a growth trend in the industry and Twin Tails has not shied away from that. Twin Tails believes in exposing consumers to the broad world of lagers. Twin Tails explores a wide range including drinkable light lagers, classic styles as well as modern hybrid styles that incorporate contemporary hops. We believe good lager takes time and Twin Tails has horizonal lagering tanks dedicated to the task.
双尾主打酒花型风格啤酒以及精酿拉格。新型酒花与酒花制品不断进入市场，双尾始终积极运用最新的酒花原料，持续推动中国精酿啤酒迈向新前沿。
精酿拉格一直是行业增长趋势，双尾对此也毫不回避。双尾相信要让消费者接触到广阔的拉格世界。双尾探索的范围很广，包括易饮的淡拉格、经典风格，以及融合了现代酒花的混血风格。我们相信好拉格需要时间，双尾拥有卧式拉格罐专门用于此道。

FRESH BEER ON TAP
Twin Tails Brewing is a fully independent craft brewery. Our brewpub and taprooms feature a wide variety of craft beer, ciders and homemade western food such as southern fried chicken, burgers, sliders, fries, steak, pulled pork and smoked meats, homemade sausages, house fermented pickles, homemade burger buns, soups, salads and desserts to help the beer go down. Our menu is always expanding!
